Welcome to The Sable Rose Experience. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our services and website. By booking with us or using our site, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. Services & Bookings
1.1 Scope: We provide bespoke travel planning and advisory services (“Services”) for retirees, empty-nesters, and baby-boomer couples.
1.2 Proposal & Confirmation: Upon your inquiry, we’ll send a tailored itinerary proposal and cost estimate. Your booking is confirmed when we receive your signed agreement and deposit.

2. Payments
2.1 Deposits: A non-refundable deposit (typically 30% of total cost) is required to secure reservations.
2.2 Final Payment: The balance is due no later than 45 days before your departure date (or as otherwise agreed in writing).
2.3 Late Payments: Late fees may apply; failure to pay on time may result in automatic cancellation of arrangements.

3. Cancellations & Refunds
3.1 Your Cancellation:

More than 60 days before travel: Refund of payments minus deposit.

30–60 days before travel: 50% refund of total cost.

Less than 30 days before travel: No refund.
3.2 Our Cancellation: In the unlikely event we must cancel (e.g., supplier insolvency), you’ll receive a full refund of payments for that component or be offered an equivalent alternative.

4. Changes & Amendments
4.1 By You: Change requests are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
4.2 By Suppliers: If a supplier changes or cancels a service, we’ll notify you promptly and seek a suitable alternative.

5. Travel Documents & Requirements
5.1 You are responsible for obtaining and carrying valid passports, visas, health certificates, and travel insurance.
5.2 We are not liable for denied boarding or entry due to improper documentation.

6. Third-Party Suppliers
6.1 Many services (hotels, cruises, tours) are provided by independent suppliers. We act only as your agent in arranging these services.
6.2 Supplier terms and conditions (e.g., baggage limits, check-in times) apply. Any claims against suppliers must be made directly to them, though we will assist as we can.

7. Liability & Insurance
7.1 Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any loss or damage is limited to the total fees you paid for the affected Service.
7.2 Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical expenses, and baggage loss.

8. Intellectual Property
8.1 All content on our website (text, images, logos) is owned or licensed by The Sable Rose Experience.
8.2 You may not copy, distribute, or adapt our content without prior written permission.

9. Privacy

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
